Breakout Sessions
WALKING IN CONTENTMENT
Julie Underwood
What do you complain about or think that you need in this life to be fulfilled? What causes you to not trust in God and take matters into your own hands? Is God enough? Learn how to identify a heart of discontentment in order to walk worthy and live in true contentment, trusting God in every aspect of your life.
Philippians 4:11–12 (NASB95)
“Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.“
WALKING IN
TRUST
Kristin Harvey
Anxiety, depression, doubt, fear. Even as believers, we often struggle with our thoughts. Paul gives us the cure for these often sinful thought patterns in the book of Philippians. Come learn how we can take our thoughts captive and find peace in a world of turmoil through obedience to Scripture.
Philippians 4:8-9
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me – practice these things, and the God of peace will be
with you.”
WALKING IN SEXUAL PURITY
Brianna Harris
This session will walk women through a biblical framework for understanding marriage, sex, and sexuality. Beginning with God’s design for marriage in Genesis and Ephesians, we will explore how sex was created by God, is good, and is meant to glorify Him within the covenant of marriage. We’ll also distinguish between our God-given sexuality and the distortions of sexual sin, offering biblical definitions of lust and practical tools for purity. We’ll examine how our sexual behavior is tied to worship and identity, showing that what we do with our bodies reflects who or what we treasure most.
The session will offer both clarity and compassion, emphasizing that purity is not about performance, but about knowing and loving Christ. Women will be encouraged to walk in the light, pursue holiness in the power of the gospel, and engage the church as a vital support in the pursuit of sexual integrity.
